Support Command

Support Commands are used by Thunderstone Support to help in severe error scenarios.

Thunderstone Support will send you an encoded support command, which can be uploaded here to apply neccesary fixes to your product.

Support commands are only used in coordination with Thunderstone support.

Support commands are only supported in specific setups, such as Amazon AMI images. Thunderstone Support will still be able to walk you through any system changes needed if Support Commands are unavailable.
