Order-by a Parametric Search Field

If a Parametric Search field is to be specified in the order form variable to sort results by that field - even if the field is not being directly searched - that field might benefit from indexing. If there is a main text search, then the order-by field should be in the Compound Index Fields. Otherwise (no text search), the order-by field should be left unindexed.
