Indexing File Servers

The Thunderstone Parametric Search Appliance can index Windows and compatible file servers in addition to web servers. To do so you will need to setup the Login Info(here) setting under the profile's All Walk Settings. For the Base URL setting, you'll use syntax file://SERVER/SHARE/. SERVER should be a DNS resolvable name. You may also add a path to index just a portion of the share instead of the whole thing.
