Authorization Target

When using Results Authorization with Authorization Target set to Results and Login Verification URL (the default), individual results will be checked to ensure the search user has access to them. This can slow searches if you know your entire results use the same permissions - i.e. if a user can access any one thing, they can access everything.

In such cases (where any verified user can access everything), you can set Authorization Target to Login Verification URL Only, and if the Login Verification URL check is successful, the Parametric Search Appliance will assume all the individual results are allowed and skip authorizing them individually. This will speed up search results (and results counting).
