Catdoc xls2csv

Catdoc's xls2csv program is used by Thunderstone's anytotx plugin to handle Microsoft(R) Excel(R) spreadsheet files. It has been modified to work within anytotx's installation and to extract meta information. Thunderstone's modified source may be obtained from ftp://ftp.thunderstone.com/pub/epi-gpl/msfilt.tar.gz or by contacting Thunderstone tech support and requesting a CD containing the modified Catdoc source. Sending a CD will require payment of shipping and handling charges by the requestor. Catdoc is governed by the terms of the GNU GPL, which is reproduced on here.
