Attribute Information
These functions provide information about the attributes of an
element. If you want an attribute's value and know the name of the
attribute you want, xmlReaderGetAttribute() provides a quick
shortcut. Otherwise these functions, in combination with the
Moving the Reader functions and Basic Information
functions, provide full information about the attributes.
